At Mineralissima, we do everything we can to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. From the careful packaging of your products to the prompt dispatch of your parcel. We strive to deliver your order safely and on time, although we are dependent on the speed of the postal service.
We also understand that an order may not always meet your expectations, which is why we have a flexible returns policy.
In the sections below you will find more information about our delivery methods, delivery times, the returns process and how to cancel an order. Our aim is to provide you with a clear and transparent service so that you can shop with confidence at Mineralissima.
Once we have received your order, it will usually be despatched on the same working day if the order is placed before 15:00.
If a product is out of stock, this will usually be indicated on the web shop. In the unlikely event that this is not correctly recorded in the web shop, we will contact you by email after you have placed your order.
We send many orders by letterbox parcel, except for products that do not fit through the letterbox or larger orders. In the checkout process, under shipping method, you can see how your package will be shipped and what costs will be charged.
How to qualify for free shipping:
Orders within the Netherlands with a minimum order value of €45 are shipped free of charge.
For orders to Belgium and Germany the minimum is €65, and for other countries €75.
If your basket isn't quite full yet, it's worth continuing to shop.
Please ensure that you keep or select the correct country in the delivery details so that the correct shipping costs are calculated. If you select the wrong country, we will contact you to charge the correct shipping costs.
Our products are shipped using various postal services such as PostNL and DHL. The postal service your package will be shipped with is indicated when you select your shipping method in the checkout process.
Unfortunately, we have found that PostNL uses a confusing shipping method. Read more about this in point 5.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail (check your SPAM box if necessary). Your package will have a tracking code associated with it, which will be sent to you by email from the carrier or can be found in your Post app.
Have you received a delivery notification but your parcel is nowhere to be found? It is likely that the barcode has already been scanned and the postman is still on his rounds. Sometimes your parcel is delayed by 1 or 2 working days (longer if there is a weekend in between, as there is no delivery on Sundays and Mondays).
If you wait more than 2 days after receiving this message, please contact our customer service team to see what we can do for you.
Our aim is to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. However, we have noticed that postal services are experiencing increasing delays. We regret that we cannot guarantee delivery within the desired number of working days. Fortunately, most of the time it works out fine, but sometimes your parcel can be delayed by a few days, especially around holidays and with a weekend in between.
Although we do our best internally to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible, it is not unusual for your parcel to take a few working days to reach its final destination. Even if the tracking code says it has been delivered...
We ask for your patience and can only take action a week after the date of dispatch. Thank you for your understanding.
Especially during holidays, there is an increased percentage of late deliveries.

Orders are usually dispatched on the same or next working day (depending on the time of the order). Unfortunately, once the package has been handed over to the postal service, we cannot change anything and the procedure for returning or exchanging a product starts as described below.
First of all, we would like to say that we are delighted that you have chosen natural, vegan make-up and hope that you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you decide that you do not want to keep the product that we have sent you, you can return it, unopened, for any reason, without any obligation to explain. If you wish to return something, we would appreciate being informed in advance. Please send us a message.

The return shipping are for your own costs, unless the product should be sent to us by an error on our part. Keep the send proof of your return properly, unfortunately we can not handle lost returns that are sent to us without proof of shipment.
Step 3; Processing of your return
Once we receive the returned product, we will check if it fits our conditions.
If the product is in good condition and unopened, we will give a full refund. Only when returning an entire order, the shipping costs are also reimbursed. Returns are processed within 10 days after receipt by Mineralissima.
